Pearl E. Mowry Memorial Award

This award is presented to a student entering the fourth year of the concurrent Faculty of Education program, on the basis of academic achievement and indicates activity in the university community e.g. clubs, associations, mentoring, volunteering, etc.

Established in November 1984, by Miss Audrey Mowry in memory of her sister, Miss Pearl E. Mowry, who had a distinguished career as a teacher with the Lakehead Board of Education for 47 years.
