Blanche E. Snell Estate Fund

The Blanche E. Snell Estate Fund benefits university students and educators from developing countries who are studying in Ontario and who intend to return to their countries of origin.

There are no deadlines for receiving completed applications. The International Assistance Committee generally meets twice a year to consider applications (November/December and May/June).
