Eugene and Connie Murphy Bursary

Awarded to a third or fourth year student(s) in the Faculty of Natural Resource Management, who completed their secondary school education in Ontario immediately before attending Lakehead, and demonstrates the need for financial assistance.
Recipient must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Created in 2026 by Connie Murphy to honour Gene Murphy’s (BA’72; HBA’73) thirty-five-year career with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
