Jack Peacock Memorial 3rd Year Law Award

Established by Elisabeth Verhaag in memory of Jack Peacock, whose passion was social justice and providing Indigenous youth with access to education. This award is intended to recognize ongoing excellence as students progress through their studies.
Awarded to a deserving 3rd year full-time student in the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law on the basis of satisfactory academic standing and financial need. Preference will be given to an individual of First Nation, or Inuit descent. Preference also given to recipients of the “Jack Peacock Memorial 2nd Year Law Award”.
