Simons Foundation Scholarship for Women in Engineering
The Simons Foundation has endowed a scholarship at Lakehead University to encourage women to enter engineering programs. The recipient of the award will be an outstanding woman scholar who by means of a 500 word essay explains how engineering enhances and enriches the quality of life for society.
