Ann Ross Memorial Award in Nursing

Established in memory of Anne Ross by her family, friends and colleagues. Anne was an alumnae of Lakehead University and recipient of the Dean Braun Medal. She filled a variety of roles throughout her nursing career and felt very passionate about the field. A lifelong learner, Anne completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree as a mature student and believed that everyone should have an opportunity for an education. To be awarded to a full-time student in the Nursing Program on the basis of academic achievement and financial need. Preference will be given to a mature student.
