Baziuk Family Sports Medicine Graduate Award

Awarded to a full-time graduate student, in the Kinesiology graduate program, who has good academic standing and significantly contributes to sports medicine and kinesiology at Lakehead University. Financial need may also be considered. Application should be made in the form of a letter to the Director of the School of Kinesiology. The School of Kinesiology will forward their selection to the Office of Graduate Studies.
