Awarded to a full or part-time student with preference given to a student from Northwestern Ontario, who is registered in an undergraduate degree program and takes the majority of their courses through Distributed Learning (distance education). Awarded on the basis of financial need and satisfactory academc standing. Awarded on the basis of financial need.
