Established in 1996 by Keith J.F. Jobbitt, Robert E. Stead, Richard A. Halabisky and Roy F. Karlstedt, the Partners in the law firm Shaffer Jobbitt. Awarded to a student on the basis of financial need and average academic standing as well as community involvement and who is not in receipt of any Lakehead University scholarship funds or awards.
