Elisabeth Stella Wydra Memorial Scholarship

Elisabeth Stella Wydra, daughter of Mrs. Sophie Wydra, was killed in Europe during a teaching sojourn in France. Established by Mrs. Wydra in her daughter’s memory. To be awarded on the basis of academic achievement to a student, preferably of Polish descent, majoring in English, on the recommendation of the English Department’s Scholarship/Awards Committee.
