James and Elizabeth Symington Bursary

Created by James and Shirley Symington, in memory of James Symington’s parents and in recognition of their dedication to the importance of education. Awarded to full-time students who are enrolled in one of the following Faculties: Business Administration, Education, Engineering or Health and Behavioural Science on the basis of financial need and satisfactory academic achievement. There is no restriction on the number of bursaries that can go to any one of the four faculties. Recipients will be from Northwestern Ontario.
