Remebering Andrea, Sean and Justine Bursary

Sean Michano was born May 18, 1986 to Jacqueline McGuirk and Timothy Michano. Sean was very athletic and artistic, even at an early age. He loved music and played both acoustic and electric guitar. He enjoyed golf as though he was born to the game. Sean had a special girlfriend and a large circle of friends who meant a great deal to him. He was in his first year at Lakehead, majoring in chemistry, with the dream of becoming an Orthodontist. Sean had ambitious goals and a very promising future. Unfortunately, his life was cut tragically short by a car accidentin December 2005 that also took the lives of his two sisters, Andrea Barley and Justine Michano.This bursary was created by family and friends in loving memory of Sean Michano, who died in a car accident, December, 2005, along with his two sisters. Provided to a student entering year two of general sciences, on the basis of financial need and satisfactory academic standing.
