Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education Undergraduate Scholarship

The Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education Undergraduate Scholarship will be disbursed annually to in-course students enrolled in CEAB-accredited programs within the Faculty of Engineering who have demonstrated at least one of the following characteristics: Financial Need; Leadership through participation in professional affairs; High engineering aptitude; Sustained participation in extra-curricular activities either on or off-campus; or Continued volunteerism either on or off-campus.

Lakehead University will endeavor to select an equal number of students who identify as female or non-binary as those who identify as male. Lakehead University will endeavor to give preference to students from under-represented minorities in Lakehead’s Engineering Program. The student’s combined scholarships for the academic year should not be more than $10,000 from all sources, including the Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education.
