Ralph Birston Bursary

Created in 1997 by the Faculty of Forestry and the Forest Environment technical staff in honour of Ralph Birston, long-time technologist at Lakehead University. Awarded to a student transferring from any accredited Forestry Diploma program into the Honours Bachelor of Science in Forestry program at Lakehead University, on the basis of financial need and a minimum ‘B’ standing.
