Dr Anita B Chen LU 30th Anniversary Bursary in Sociology

Established in 1996, on the occasion of her retirement by friends, relatives and colleagues in recognition of her contribution to Lakehead University and to the Department of Sociology. Awarded annually to a full time second, third or fourth year honours student majoring in Sociology. The bursary is based on financial need and a minimum B average in Sociology and Gerontology courses. Preference will be given to a student with demonstrated interest in Gerontology.
