Mabel Pizzey Welsh Award

Established by Bob Welsh to honour the memory of his mother, Mabel Pizzey Welsh. Preference shall be given to a student holding an Early Childhood Education Diploma and entering the final year of the Bachelor of Education Concurrent Program. The student must demonstrate an exceptional ability to work with primary/junior children. Awarded by the Senate Undergraduate Scholarships and Bursaries Committee on the recommendation of the Faculty of Education.
